the doorman offered a warm welcome each day. the afternoon tea was a highlight, presenting delicious treats and a perfect view. staff swiftly addressed all requests. i was impressed by the hero's welcome after completing the marathon.
the lobby was somewhat cramped, it sometimes felt crowded during peak hours.

The location is superb for sightseeing and access to transport options.
The air conditioning unit was noisy IT gurgled even when off I found this very distracting when trying to sleep the pillows also felt flat I asked for replacements I felt the room size was not in line with expectations.

the location near major attractions was REALLY convenient. i found the staff helpful with directions and recommendations. My room was clean and well maintained . the hotel offered easy access to public transportation options.
the gym was smaller than i expected and had limited equipment, i wanted more free weights.

I stayed in a mews view room for three nights. the room had nice decorations with excellent maintenance, including high-standard servicing. the hotel is conveniently located just two or three minutes from victoria underground station. breakfast is served in an elegant dining room. The variety and quality of food met expectations!
the door people were super rude, because i asked if this was a hotel as i needed to find a place to crash. the guy tried his utmost hardest to avoid eye contact. i was too scared to approach the front desk after that rude encounter.
